Cooking Class
On Monday, April 6, 1998, we have scheduled our first cooking class.
Each class shows our guests on how to plan and prepare an entire dinner event, including the selecting of food, wine, and table presentation.
This event is still shaping up, but here is what is planned:
Patrick Martin from the Charcuterie Restaurant is our guest chef.
Bruce Cousins from Armida Winery is our guest wine host.
Cosette Trautman-Scheiber from the Hope-Merrill is, of course, our event host.
A "Spring Event" will be the theme.
The package includes:
A two night stay at the Hope-Merrill House. (Sunday & Monday)
A full country breakfast each morning.
A shopping spree with Patrick.
A wine shopping spree with Bruce.
Decorating ideas from Cosette.
Hands-on cooking instructions with Patrick.
A gourmet dinner for all of us.
