2. Horizon Air Comes to
Sonoma! After 5 years of no airline service
into Sonoma County, Horizon Air will be beginning it's new service on March
20, 2007 from Los Angeles and from Seattle. Although the service, so
far, is only from 2 cities, it is a wonderful beginning.

3. Citizen of the Year
In a surprise announcement at the February Dinner Meeting of the
Geyserville Chamber of Commerce, Cosette was presented with the Chamber's
Citizen of the Year Award. This was particularly exciting as
Cosette and Ron have only been in Geyserville for 10 years. Kudos to
her.

5. From Cosette’s Kitchen:
Linguine with Tomato Vodka Sauce
Ingredients: Serves 4
1 lb package linguine
1 Small Onion
2 Tbls Olive Oil
1 12 OZ can chopped tomatoes
1 Tbls chopped fresh oregano
2 Tbls chopped fresh parsley
Salt & fresh ground pepper
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1/2 Cup Vodka
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Prepare linguine per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Chop onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add tomatoes and herbs.
Add salt & pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add
cream and vodka. Continue to simmer for 5 more minutes. Add Linguine and heat through. Divide
between 4 plates and sprinkle with remaining parsley and cheese.
